“Chris is a fantastic Personal Trainer. When I first joined I had never been to a gym and was scared of any cardio! I was a yo-yo dieter and Chris taught me to eat well and not be hungry by starving myself and how to track everything but still enjoy yourself in moderation. My body fat has decreased a lot and I know my body well concentrating on how I felt not what the scales said and Chris even managed to get me running which was a massive achievement for me. It gave me the confidence I really needed and he always made me feel comfortable (and didn’t let me get away with being lazy.) Couldn’t recommend him enough.”
