Whilst I frequently complain as I toil away at my programme, the team at Nxtep have managed to keep me going back week after week and I am amazed that I can actually say I am enjoying it! I still have a long way to go but I am getting there with their help, the benefits to my fitness and general wellbeing have been immense.

 

As I say, crossing their threshold was the best decision I made in 2016!"
