Successful Ageing

Regular exercise in older adults is one of the key factors in slowing down the aging process and maintaining wellness. An active lifestyle will continue independence in the performance of normal activities of daily living. Sporting goals are not necessary to undertake structured exercise; you may just wish to make everyday tasks easier. Typically, these include climbing the stairs, carrying shopping, getting in and out of the car, getting dressed and playing with grandchildren.
