Fitness for Skiing

For most people, skiing takes the form of a seven day holiday once a year. In order to get the most from your time on the slopes, improving your fitness should be an essential part of your preparation. Most injuries occur on the afternoon of the first two days when fatigue and poor concentration lead to crashes and falls.
